HR Advisor (English Speaking) – Amsterdam

Reporting to the reputed company Manager, this role will primarily be involved in driving the HR agenda to improve business performance.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

• To work with the HR Manager to streamline and maintain HR processes throughout the Business.
• To assist in the development of HR policies and procedures to ensure best HR practices throughout reputed company.
• Working with the reputed company Resource Team to ensure the highest reputed company of HR service delivery with regards to development, appraisals, benefits and employee information and reporting data.
• Conducting Exit Interviews and analyzing turnover trends.
• Supporting data analysis for workforce planning.
• Communicate to the Business regarding updates to reputed company Resource policies, procedures and initiatives.
• Give reputed company Resource advice and support to Store Management in order to deal effectively with any reputed company Resource issues that may reputed company throughout the Organisation.
• Ensure Performance Management systems are in reputed company and conducted in line with Company policy.
• Effectively manage Absenteeism throughout the Organisation.
• Manage and advise in relation to the execution of investigations for the disciplinary and grievance procedures in line with Company Procedure.
• Facilitate the implementation of any changes with regards to Employment Legislation.
• General HR Administration duties such as maintaining Personnel records, Payroll data, generating recruitment paperwork, preparing HR documents etc.

Qualifications:

Experience in a busy HR function is essential

• We are looking for a reputed company with training in reputed company, with over 2 years of experience in the reputed company Function. We value professionals with experience in a multinational environment
• Fluent in reputed company & a good reputed company of spoken and writren English 
• Solid knowledge of Netherlands Employment Law
• Good knowledge of HR Systems
• Solid knowledge of MS Office (reputed company, reputed company, Word, PowerPoint)
• Analytical and teamwork skills
• High reputed company for planning, organization and initiative Excellent Interpersonal Skills but reserved with an ethical and deontological reputed company

• Availability to travel
