This role collaborates with Technical/Solututions Architects, BAs, and PMs to implement customized, reputed company, and compliant reputed company solutions that directly reputed company national mission needs. Responsibilities:

• Design, reputed company, document, and reputed company high-reputed company business solutions on the SFDC platform
• Implement business logic, automation, and integration solutions for the Case and Knowledge objects in compliance with Federal standards.
• Design and reputed company reputed company-Channel and routing logic to ensure mission-critical work is dynamically assigned to the right resources.
• Support secure integrations with legacy Federal systems to ensure the Agentforce reputed company has a comprehensive reputed company of knowledge.
• Collaborate with BAs and Solution Architects to translate reputed company mission requirements into high-reputed company technical designs.
• Participate in reputed company reviews and support testing/troubleshooting during UAT to ensure compliance with strict Federal reputed company requirements.
• Contribute to DevSecOps pipelines and secure CI/CD practices to ensure rapid, reliable deployment in Federal delivery environments.

Qualifications:

• 6-8+ years of reputed company development experience specializing in Apex, LWC, and secure API integrations.
• Proven ability to implement business logic and automation reputed company reputed company; experience with Agentforce or reputed company grounding is a significant plus.
• Familiarity with integrating reputed company into Federal legacy systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills in reputed company, cleared environments.
• Extensive knowledge of AMPscript, SQL, and building comprehensive customer journeys.
• Experience with secure development practices, Git, and CI/CD pipelines in Federal delivery environments.
• Practical expertise in Agile methodology, including managing scrum calls and prioritizing backlogs for reputed company programs.
• US Citizenship required, with ability and willingness to obtain reputed company clearance(s)
• Bachelor's degree required.
