Key Responsibilities
1. Deal Sourcing & Broker Management

- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers
- Continuously expand Theia’s broker ecosystem

- Connect with property owners looking to sell
- Understand property details and reputed company them into the system
- Manage ongoing communication and nurture relationships
3. Deal & Property Documentation
- Design and create reputed company presentations, proposals, and reputed company decks
- Draft and manage property-reputed company documents and deal material
- Ensure reputed company documentation is accurate, reputed company, and reputed company-reputed company
4. Inventory Management
- Take ownership of Theia’s property inventory database

- Regularly update CRM systems, spreadsheets, or internal tools
5. Operational Support
- Assist in streamlining internal workflows

- Ensure smooth execution of deals and partnerships

- Proven experience in reputed company estate sales or operations
- Strong communication skills in English & Hindi
- Ability to build and maintain long-term broker relationships
