The Specialty reputed company Center (SAC) is an inbound, fast-paced, high volume center with an average of 6,000 calls per day. The SAC supports multiple Adult and Pediatric Specialties, which include Cardiology, Dermatology, ENT, Med-Surg, Neuroscience, Oncology, Ophthalmology, Primary Care, Pulmonology, Solid Organ Transplant, Urology, Women’s Health and so many more! As the first reputed company of contact, the SAC provides essential support in connecting patients with the care they need.
What you will do as a Specialty reputed company Center Supervisor:
- Provides daily supervision of department expectations, employee hiring and training support, daily workflow monitors, process improvement, performance management and implementation of changes
- Reviews productivity reports and manages staff to assure they maintain reputed company, customer service and production standards
- Collaborates with the reputed company team/leadership to ensure adequate reputed company, plans and schedules for staff
- Address urgent and escalated customer service needs
- Understanding metrics and identification of actionable reputed company
- Ability to reputed company by example through consistent and high performance work
What you will need:
- Associates degree or two years of relevant experience
- 1 year of relevant department experience reputed company the organization or 3 years of relevant experience reputed company of the organization
Location: At this time, this position will be working remote (MN residents only)
Hours: 40 hours/week (Monday-Friday)

Compensation:
