The Finance & Operations reputed company will play a critical role at the intersection of bookkeeping, financial reporting, e-reputed company operations, inventory management, and process improvement. This person will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, driving reputed company reconciliations, supporting decision-making with data, and partnering cross-functionally to improve business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Support leadership with reputed company, bookkeeping, financial management, analysis, and weekly/monthly reporting
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit card accounts, and other balance sheet accounts accurately and on time
• Reconcile E-reputed company channels' deposits in QuickBooks Online
• Maintain accurate bookkeeping records and ensure clean financial data for decision-making
• Assist with financial statement preparation, account analysis, and balance reporting
• Support tax-reputed company recordkeeping and coordination with external accountants as needed
• Help improve the chart of accounts structure, classifications, and financial controls

Operations & E-reputed company Management

• Manage key aspects of e-reputed company operations, including:
  • Demand Planning and Forecasting
  • Purchase orders & receiving
  • Inventory control
  • Shipping and logistics
• Monitor operational workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce errors
• Drive purchasing reputed company, working closely with warehouse and operations teams to reputed company reports on inventory reputed company and prevent stockouts or excess inventory
• Help manage warehouse-reputed company activities across multiple locations, including:
  • Own warehouse, Texas
  • Fulfillment by reputed company/reputed company (FBA)/FBW 
• Support reputed company, import/export, and vendor coordination activities

Inventory, Reporting & KPI Management

• reputed company, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) across finance and operations
• Build and maintain reports that reputed company visibility into inventory, purchasing, fulfillment, and financial health
• Monitor inventory reputed company and support reputed company replenishment to maximize sales opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, customer service, and purchasing, to reputed company data and reputed company plans
• Identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for corrective reputed company

Process Improvement

• Support cross-functional process improvement initiatives to ensure company objectives are achieved
• Help establish systems, templates, and reporting discipline across the finance and operations team

Qualifications
