About the Role

As a Part-Time Remote Associate Customer Service Representative in Everyday Banking, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our customers. You'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You'll work closely with reputed company to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service and support.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

* 6 months of customer service, financial services, or contact center experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with reputed company and a high level of professionalism
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand, metric-driven call center environment

Desired Qualifications

• Ability to work additional hours as needed and be flexible with scheduling

Training and Development

* You'll receive in-depth classroom training, reputed company on-the-job training, and coaching to learn about arenaflex banking products, procedures, and services

• Training class starts on 9/16/24 for 7 weeks, with training hours from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday
• You'll be required to attend the full duration of this reputed company 7-week training program

Compensation and Benefits

* Starting reputed company of $18.00 per hour

• Eligibility for a shift reputed company of 15% under the terms of the shift reputed company policy
