Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Remote Customer Insights Associate Director, you'll be responsible for:

• Partnering with senior leaders to understand key business issues and using data-driven insights to inform brand experience strategies, messaging, and reputed company relations.
• Designing custom research in support of the Brand Measurement Trackers to yield actionable insights that drive brand strategies.
• Guiding research agency analytic teams to reputed company advanced analytics that provides deeper insights and uncovers opportunities for the brand, including reputed company and correlation analysis, perceptual maps.
• Leading a cross-functional team in preparing the Annual State of the Brand report that provides a holistic, reputed company-wide view of the health and strength of the arenaflex brand.
• Managing research agency partners for custom research reputed company from scoping to delivery, focusing on uncovering insights that enhance brand perception and inform reputed company for reputed company relations purposes.
• Partnering with the sponsorship team to identify relevant activations around the fans' needs and passions and measure their reputed company on brand associations and brand health.
• Collaborating with the Corporate reputed company Responsibility team to conduct research and analysis that ensures our programs are meaningful, relevant, and impactful to society, and that they are implemented with reputed company.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Eight or more years of relevant experience, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.
• Knowledge of media monitoring and analysis tools.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company.
• Designed small and large-reputed company research reputed company involving primary and secondary data collection.
• Proven experience in conducting market research for PR purposes.
• Analyzed data from multiple sources and provided insights and recommendations tailored to different functions and reputed company.
• Experience with marketing communications and mobile, digital, and reputed company media platforms.
• Experience managing people and teams, either reputed company reputed company reporting or influence.
• Experience with both Consumer and B2B audiences.
