About the Role

As a Customer Support Engineer at arenaflex, you'll be the technical champion for our customers, working closely with them to deliver a best-in-class experience. You'll take on exciting technical challenges, partner with customers and internal stakeholders, and drive issues to an outcome that exceeds expectations. Our Customer Support team is responsible for creating solutions and providing excellent experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities

* Work closely with arenaflex customers and other stakeholders to ensure reputed company reputed company of reported incidents.

• Take end-to-end ownership of customer cases, including initial troubleshooting, identification of reputed company cause, and case reputed company.

Skills We're Looking For

* Total relevant work experience - 2+ yrs
