Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry/Administrative Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting our medical readiness services. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Event setup, take down, and maintenance of workstation equipment
• Providing reputed company-in and reputed company-out services at events
• Offering additional administrative support to reputed company, as needed
• Visually scanning through reputed company documentation to identify pertinent information
• Entering and updating information into appropriate databases
• Scanning and copying documents, if applicable
• Maintaining accurate data in spreadsheets
• Collaborating with the event team to ensure seamless operations
• Safeguarding patient information by maintaining confidentiality
• Running reports of necessary data and entering into systems of record
• High-level data validation, ensuring accurate information is entered into required systems/database
• Ensuring reputed company actions reputed company with HIPAA and other relevant federal/state laws and regulations

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid US reputed company's license
• 18 years of age or older

• Excellent customer service skills and experience interacting with challenging clientele
• Intermediate technical skills and knowledge of operating office equipment, such as computers, scanners, and printers
• Familiarity with medical and/or dental terminology
• 1+ years of experience with data entry in a medical/dental setting
• Computer proficiency, specifically reputed company Word, reputed company, Outlook, and SharePoint
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

• Familiarity with military databases, including MEDCHART, Medical Protection System (MEDPROS), MEDPROS Web Data Entry (MWDE), Defense Occupational and Environmental Health Readiness System (DOEHRS), and Medical Operational Data System (MODS)
• Working knowledge of military regulations and policies reputed company to Individual Medical Readiness (IMR) and deployment
• Previous approval for a Common reputed company Card (CAC), either in the military or as a contractor

Benefits and Compensation
