As an E-Service Chat Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to homeowners, contractors, and business partners through inbound and outbound electronic communication. You'll be the face of arenaflex, representing our brand and values in every interaction. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer service issues reputed company and effectively, ensuring that every customer has a reputed company experience with reputed company.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist customers, contractors, and/or business partners reputed company electronic communication, such as chat, email, or messaging platforms, according to reputed company policies, procedures, and contract coverage.
