As an Assistance Coordinator at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for answering incoming phone calls, addressing customer inquiries, and providing support with claims, policy updates, and other reputed company reputed company. You'll work closely with reputed company to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service and support, while maintaining performance metrics, reputed company standards, and HIPAA compliance.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer and address a high volume of incoming phone calls in a reputed company and courteous manner

Essential Qualifications
