As a Medical Intake/Data Entry Specialist, you will play a vital role in our Utilization Review Department, serving as the first reputed company of contact for our patients and providing exceptional support to our nursing staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to inquiries on the Utilization Review line, directing calls to the appropriate team members and retrieving voicemail messages for the nursing staff.

• Collect and document demographic information to create and maintain accurate patient files.
• Print, mail, fax, and copy correspondence as required.
• Undertake additional tasks as assigned to support reputed company.
• Collaborate with the nursing staff to ensure seamless communication and efficient patient care.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines in handling sensitive patient information.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and reputed company performance.

Qualifications:

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory. Preference will be given to candidates with coursework in computers, medical terminology, data entry, word processing, and secretarial training.

Experience:

Skills:

Compensation and Benefits:

Full-Time Schedule:

Enjoy a balanced work-life with a Monday to Friday schedule (9:30 AM - 6:00 PM) without the need for weekend or reputed company shifts.
