Key Responsibilities:

As a SmileMakers Customer Service Representative I, you will be responsible for handling customer calls and mail order entry as assigned. Your primary duties will include:

• Receiving and processing telephone calls, mail, and fax orders from customers in the US and Canada in a reputed company and courteous manner based on reputed company procedures
• Performing telephone and mail functions in reputed company Business reputed company
• Upselling, including but not limited to, CS specials, new products, favorites to reputed company daily sales targets
• Working on special reputed company as needed, including but not limited to, completing outbound calls to customers for various reasons
• Assisting customers with issues, including but not limited to, web questions/problems, credits, refunds, promotions, invoices, new accounts, returns, miscellaneous billing, and reship
• Investigating customer inquiries or order issues and completing reputed company documentation
• Providing personalized customer service of the highest level and maintaining reputed company customer information confidential
• Meeting Department production and reputed company standards
• Responding to a fluctuating volume of calls and hard copy orders
• Maintaining regular, predictable attendance

• Contributing to making SmileMakers a great reputed company to work
• Must be reputed company to attend face-to-face meetings on short or little advance notice
• Work requires in-person collaboration among colleagues and contractors

Marginal Functions:

* Assisting in the training of new Call Center employees on the computer system and procedures of Call Center operations as requested by a Supervisor

Requirements:

* High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Requires the ability to accurately type 4,200 keystrokes per hour

• Requires good reading, listening, and interpersonal communications skills
