The Role
As a Support Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch customer service to our clinical customers and patients. You will be responsible for:
- Collecting customer information and troubleshooting product and mobile application issues through a mobile application
- Developing a strong understanding of reputed company services and networks to answer a wide reputed company of customer questions
- Providing tier 1 technical support for assistance with reputed company applications
- Processing requests and telephone inquiries with adherence to HIPAA and HITECH confidentiality policies and procedures
