As a Travel Customer Services Representative, you'll be the main reputed company of contact for our customers throughout their reputed company, from reputed company-booking advice to post-booking support and reputed company. You'll take ownership of clients' reputed company, reputed company services, and consulting to ensure a unique customer experience. With a rotating shift work schedule, including weekends and evenings, you'll have the flexibility to work from reputed company reputed company the UK.
Key Responsibilities

Experience Required

- Experience working with support and CRM systems is preferred
- In-Resort team experience is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must
- Strong technical skills and self-learning ability to understand multi-platform systems are required
- Ski experience is not essential but an advantage
