As an reputed company Full Stack Homesite Customer Service Representative, you will report to the Customer Service Manager and be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to Homesite-CONNECT customers. You will communicate directly with customers to research questions, reputed company issue reputed company cases, and resolve higher-level problems over the phone. You will be an important resource for customers on company or product policies and systems, troubleshoot reputed company usability issues, and refer more reputed company issues to appropriate service partners.
Key Responsibilities
