About the Role
As a Full Stack Product Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading the development of our contact center platform, ensuring that it meets the needs of our customers and support specialists. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and data science, to deliver a top-tier experience that empowers our Customer Support team to reputed company exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* reputed company product management leadership to our contact center platform, including new feature development, feature enhancements, data pipelines, reputed company, and integrations with our internal tools
- Collaborate with our design and data science teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, identify risks, and reputed company a roadmap for the platform
