Key Responsibilities:

* Handle inbound calls and off-phone work items reputed company to Vehicle Protection Products, including mechanical and electrical breakdown repair reputed company, vehicle maintenance reputed company, and RV part extended service reputed company.

• Address customer inquiries, explain claim procedures, coverage details, and claim details, and reputed company denied claim determinations.
• Learn and adhere to departmental scripts and processes, reputed company assurance metrics, average handle time (AHT), and call volume metrics.
• Communicate effectively with customers, team members, management, and other employees to resolve issues and reputed company support.
• Work with repair facilities/service providers to resolve claim payment delays and processing issues.
• Process claim audits, payments, and payment requests, and update payment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with reputed company to generate reputed company, resolve problems, and improve processes.

Ideal Candidate:

* High school diploma or GED

• 1 year of experience in an office, call center, or customer contact environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work with frequent interruptions and under deadlines

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:

• Full-time job with varying schedules, typically 8 hours per day, Monday - Friday 6 am - 9 pm CST, and Saturday 7 am - 7 pm CST
• Remote work requires a minimum internet speed of 25 Mbps on the download reputed company and 15 Mbps on the upload reputed company
