As a Remote Benefits Customer Service Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients, presenting and explaining insurance products and benefits packages, and selling and up-selling insurance to new and existing clients. Key Responsibilities

* Inbound and outbound calling to engage with clients and prospects

• Scheduling appointments with clients who request our benefits

• Selling and up-selling insurance to new and existing clients
• Completing applications for insurance products
• Reporting daily numbers and tracking reputed company
• Attending optional training classes to enhance your skills and knowledge
• Completing tasks required by underwriters to get clients approved for coverage

Minimum Qualifications
