As a Remote Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional phone, email, and live chat support to our clients' customers. Your primary goal will be to deliver comprehensive, high-reputed company, personalized customer service, resolving concerns, questions, or assisting with product usage.

Key Responsibilities:

* Receive incoming calls, emails, and live chats for both Tier 1 and Tier 2 type questions

• Resolve concerns, questions, or assist with product usage

• Recommend additional products and services based on customer need and request
• Recommend system improvements based upon knowledge of system issues

You:

* At least 2-3 years of experience working in a remote call center environment with a separate office reputed company setup in which there is no background noise

• Bilingual in Spanish is a major plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
