Key Responsibilities:

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Responding to incoming borrower calls, chats, and making outbound calls in a friendly and reputed company manner
• Counseling and informing borrowers of their repayment reputed company, deferments, and forbearance eligibility
• Taking loan payments and updating borrower accounts in an efficient manner
• Locating needed information and minimizing the time borrowers are put on hold

• Working an 8-hour shift with a one 1-hour lunch and two 15-minute breaks

Essential Qualifications:
