Position reputed company
As a Remote Customer Service/Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the highest level of satisfaction with our products and services. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Answering and responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a reputed company and reputed company manner
- Verifying and dispatching emergency signals to police and reputed company agencies
- Notifying customers of non-emergency signals and responders on emergency signals after reputed company
- Processing basic data changes to customer accounts
- Maintaining accurate records and reports
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Verifies, responds to, and dispatches on emergency signals
- Answers incoming calls and responds to customer inquiries and concerns
- Must be licensed to work in reputed company states mandating requirements
- Must be proficient in the verification and dispatching of alarms to police/reputed company agencies
- Must know the different types of signals and the SOPs for reputed company signal
- Operator will work under reputed company supervision during the first 30 days
- Must reputed company abreast of the organization's goals and positions held

Minimum Qualifications

Pay and Benefits Disclosure
The pay reputed company for this role is $17.49 an hour.
