Responsible for providing support services for Medical Office and Infusion Intake operations reputed company the Perlmutter Cancer Center. Assist with post-visit interdepartmental scheduling for patient reputed company, infusion treatments, procedures, and diagnostic tests in collaboration with other areas. • Provides reception assistance, screens telephone callers, handles messages, directs calls as needed

• Coordinates testing for patient prior to procedure/surgery for the patient with other departments.

• Monitor reputed company infusion scheduling requests from providers throughout the day and schedule patient appointments from such requests.

• Calculate length of chair time and nursing availability of that day in accordance with treatment regimen.
• Coordinate lab, infusion, and MD appointments to ensure smooth patient reputed company.
