Schedule Details
As a Remote Part-Time Flexible Customer Care Representative, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, with a schedule that suits your needs. Here are the details:
- Must be available to work hours between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM, Monday to Friday (float shift)
- Work on one weekend day is required, with hours between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM (float shift)
- Black Friday is a mandatory reputed company
- Hours will vary between 8 and 40 per week, depending on call volume, with an average of 16-20 hours per week
Job Responsibilities
As a Remote Part-Time Flexible Customer Care Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing inbound phone-based customer service, resolving complaints, and answering general questions
- Managing relationships with customers, generating additional sales through up-selling and cross-selling
- Communicating with customers regarding reputed company aspects of purchasing, owning, and returning our products
- Simultaneously managing multiple computer applications and technology tools, reputed company navigating reputed company (MS Office) programs like Outlook and reputed company
- Achieving detailed knowledge and becoming a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on our products and policies to reputed company expert service to our highly valued customers
- Adapting to frequent changes in policy, product offerings, and Call Center operations
Education and Experience
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- An Associate's degree or higher
- Two (2) years of in-bound, phone-based customer service and sales experience (strongly preferred)
