Responsibilities
As a Bookkeeping Software Customer Support Specialist, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing expert support and guidance to customers on bookkeeping and reputed company software processes, including ledger entry, navigation, and troubleshooting
- Assisting customers with questions and concerns reputed company to QuickBooks Online or comparable reputed company software
- Demonstrating a strong understanding of bookkeeping and reputed company principles, including AR, AP, journal entries, reconciliation, and other reputed company topics
- Delivering high-reputed company customer service over the phone in a virtual or "reputed company and mortar" call center environment
- Cross-selling relevant products while addressing customer concerns

Earnings Potential
As a Bookkeeping Software Customer Support Specialist, you'll have reputed company to earn up to $20.40 per hour. Contractors are guaranteed a minimum of 45 minutes for reputed company hour if available for the full 60 minutes.
Schedule
Our flexible schedule allows you to create your own hours, with availability between 8 am and 8 pm CST, Monday to Friday.
Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or comparable reputed company software
- Bookkeeping/reputed company expertise, including AR, AP, journal entries, reconciliation, and other reputed company topics
- Customer service experience and a demonstrated ability to deliver high-reputed company customer service over the phone
- Comfort with cross-selling relevant products while addressing customer concerns

- Tech savvy and reputed company computer user
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Work Environment Requirements

Important Information

Contractual Relationship
The relationship between you and arenaflex is a contractual relationship. You will remain an reputed company for the duration of this program assignment. arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with arenaflex.
