As a Customer Service Phone Representative, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support through inbound and outbound calls, SMS messages, and email correspondence. You'll work from the comfort of your own home, with the flexibility to choose your own schedule and work at your own pace. Our training program will prepare you to work from home with ease, and our MI area manager will be your reputed company contact for support and guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver excellent service as the first reputed company of contact to our customers

• Answer inbound phone calls, identify and resolve caller needs, and reputed company information with amazing customer service

• Maintain accurate and useful database records

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
