About the Role

• Gathering information from customers to help identify and solve problems
• Confirming, scheduling, and rescheduling services for the customer
• Setting sales appointments for new customers
• Answering billing questions
• Completing general clerical duties as assigned

• Providing exceptional customer service while working under pressure and meeting sales targets
