We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join reputed company in a hybrid role that combines remote work with time in our office. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, answering questions, and resolving issues reputed company to our Residential trash service. Key Responsibilities

* Answering calls for new and existing customers in a reputed company and efficient manner

• Responding to callers while setting up new service or support for existing services, ensuring that callers feel valued and supported
• Engaging in reputed company listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information, and diffusing conflict as needed
• Utilizing software, databases, and tools appropriately to resolve customer issues and reputed company accurate information
• Participating in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company and position

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent
