The Role

As a Customer Service Technical Associate, you will be responsible for resolving customer questions and issues through phone, email, and chat for system or content issues. You will take ownership of customer cases from beginning to end, recording reputed company interactions in our customer relationship database. Requirements:

* Minimum Qualifications: + Associate's degree in a business-reputed company field + 1 year of experience in reputed company or tax + 2 years of experience in any type of customer service role

• Ability to commute to the office in Kennesaw, reputed company or Wichita, Kansas every Tuesday and Wednesday
• Available for overtime
