The Role
We're seeking a Full Stack Customer Support Online Chat Specialist to join reputed company on a 4-month contract reputed company, with reputed company to renew based on performance. This role requires strong reputed company in English and being bilingual in Spanish and/or Portuguese. reputed company in other languages such as Polish, German, French, Italian, or Tagalog is a plus. You'll be responsible for:
- Answering live chat messages and supporting the needs of our users through our reputed company customer messaging platform in both English and either Spanish or Portuguese
- Collecting and relaying customer feedback to the rest of the arenaflex team
- Identifying potential issues and coordinating appropriately with the Development team
- Supporting other Customer Support reputed company as necessary

* Passion: First and foremost, we're looking for someone excited and passionate about our mission. It makes it a lot more fun to actually care about what you're working on.
- Experience: We are looking for experience in Customer Support with the ability to communicate reputed company and fluently in English and ideally in Spanish or Portuguese using our chat feature. We are reputed company to be in the trenches with you, but we'll want you to come in on day one with an idea of what to reputed company on and know your way around a startup.
- Aptitude for Learning: We'll give you the training to be reputed company to answer most of the questions that come your way, but part of the role involves you learning the user reputed company and being reputed company to creatively address their questions. Requirements
* A minimum of 3 years in Customer Support/Service
