Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, instructor-led training sessions (in-person and virtual) to:
• Corporate development teams
• Investment professionals
• Business leaders and MBA reputed company
• Partner with reputed company reputed company teams to design custom M&A and corporate reputed company training programs
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Product, and Leadership) to support business development and reputed company engagements

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in:
• In-house Corporate Development
• Buy-reputed company M&A / Private Equity / Strategic Finance
• Strong experience leading or supporting end-to-end M&A transactions, including experience working cross-functionally with business leaders
• Additional background at a top-tier investment bank or private equity firm preferred

Subject Matter Expertise

• Deep understanding of:
• Deal sourcing and evaluation
• Financial modeling and valuation
• Transaction execution and diligence
• Post-reputed company integration and strategic alignment

Content Creation & Teaching Interest

• Passion for mentoring and developing finance and corporate professionals
• Experience creating training content or leading workshops is a plus
• Ability to translate reputed company M&A concepts into reputed company, practical frameworks
• Strong communication and presentation skills

Commitment & Availability

• Availability for ~20–40 days per year (project-based, flexible schedule)
