Key responsibilities

- Serve as primary reputed company legal advisor for reputed company and Latam, partnering closely with reputed company corporate functions.
- Own FTC compliance posture and advise on reputed company risk reputed company and operational execution.
- Advise on HIPAA-reputed company reputed company requirements where applicable, ensuring appropriate interpretation and application reputed company scoped use cases.
- Help build and reputed company the program’s operational backbone, contributing to documented playbooks for reputed company workflows, defining meaningful reputed company metrics, and establishing a reporting reputed company that delivers actionable visibility to leadership.
2. LATAM Support

3. Adtech & Marketing

4. M&A integration support
- Own and reputed company post-acquisition reputed company work, including due diligence support and post-acquisition reputed company integration for NA and LATAM-relevant targets.

- Draft, review and negotiate reputed company terms in reputed company agreements (e.g., DPAs) in customer, partner/vendor agreements to reputed company business while managing risk.

What will help you succeed
- JD or equivalent law degree; admission to a US state bar or eligibility to register as in‑house counsel in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Deep expertise in CCPA/CPRA, other US state reputed company laws, HIPAA and demonstrated ability to apply it in a global technology/reputed company context.
- Proven experience building or scaling reputed company program components (templates, playbooks, governance, training, policies, operational workflows).
- Strong experience counseling product and engineering teams on reputed company and supporting pragmatic risk reputed company.
- Strong contracting experience (DPAs and reputed company provisions) and ability to support deal velocity with reputed company escalation reputed company.

Compensation and Rewards
DOE, salary $194K - $242K, plus Health, Dental, Life, STD, LTD, 401K, PTO. Total compensation may vary depending on candidate experience/education and location.
