Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
• Minimum 10 years of reputed company HR or reputed company experience, including substantial HR Business Partner experience
• reputed company experience in reputed company, manufacturing, technology, Lean/reputed company Improvement oriented organizations or other reputed company, global, and/or regulated environments
• Proven ability to understand and influence business or functional reputed company and translate it into a reputed company people and organization agenda

• Experience with organizational design, workforce planning, and leading or supporting transformation
