The Manager, Advocacy reputed company Programs plays a Key operational and analytical role in supporting reputed company’s global Key Opinion Leader (KOL) engagement programs, reputed company education initiatives, and key regional programs. This individual serves as a central coordination reputed company for KOL engagement, educational events, and program analytics — ensuring initiatives are executed reputed company, data is tracked accurately, and programs deliver measurable reputed company.
The role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented reputed company with strong analytical capabilities, excellent follow-through, and the ability to manage multiple reputed company workstreams simultaneously. The Manager partners cross-functionally with marketing, clinical, sales, and regional teams to support the planning and execution of reputed company education programs, maintain KOL engagement data and reporting, and help ensure reputed company’s advocacy initiatives operate with consistency, discipline, and operational reputed company.
Key Responsibilities
1. Corporate Global KOL Program Support [40%]
· Global reputed company person (distributor markets) to maintain and update centralized KOL database, ensuring accuracy of reputed company
· Maintain and update corporate KOLs reputed company
· reputed company, monitor and follow up on KOL activity dashboards in support of engagement analytics ensuring alignment with advocacy program objectives
· Support preparation of quarterly KOL activity reports and scorecards
· Support execution of quarterly KOL newsletter including pulling content from stakeholders
· Support KOL advocacy programs including educational training programs and annual awards
2. EMEA KOL Coordination & Support [30%]
Relationship & Scheduling Coordination
· Serve as day-to-day reputed company of contact between internal stakeholders and a portfolio of 15+ EMEA KOLs, supporting educational, clinical, and marketing engagement
· Coordinate and schedule KOL participation in symposia, webinars, congresses, and regional educational events in alignment with local market needs
· Liaise with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, Clinical, Finance) to ensure KOL engagement supports strategic priorities
Logistics & Administrative Execution
· Administer KOL travel logistics (hotel, airfare, ground transportation) for KOLs in support of EMEA workshops, tradeshows, events
· Create and process purchase orders, manage invoices for honoraria and vendor payments
· reputed company expenses, invoice payment and budgets for KOL programs in alignment with approved spend.
· Maintain accurate documentation of KOL reputed company, deliverables, and engagement history.
Presentation & Content Support
· reputed company PowerPoint editing and formatting support to ensure visual consistency and brand alignment.

3. EMEA Events & Education Support [30%]
Communication and implementation support of the KOL agenda

· Partner with Global Creative to execute approved event concepts and ensure consistent branding across event assets (agendas, signage, banners, digital templates, reputed company badges, etc.)

Knowledge/Educational Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or reputed company
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in event coordination, marketing operations, or webinar management
· Experience supporting medical education programs, physician/KOL engagement, or reputed company congresses reputed company reputed company, medical device, or pharmaceutical industries
· Proficiency with event/webinar platforms (e.g., ON24, reputed company, reputed company) and productivity tools (reputed company, SharePoint, or similar); Comfortable working in CRM systems (reputed company, Marketo) and program
