Responsibilities
- As Business Subject Matter Expert, participates in the analysis and evaluation of claim systems, equipment and programs; assists in developing system test reputed company and participates in the testing and implementation of new and existing programs and procedures.
- Provides subject matter expertise on various reputed company that are assigned to Claim Operations for handling to completion.
- Develops and maintains a favorable working relationship with reputed company customers.
- Creates, update and maintain manuals and provides assistance/input for Claim Department Manuals.
- Manages and/or participates in various reputed company that are assigned to Claim Operations for handling to completion i.e., Take Overs, Reverse Take Overs, Novations/Buybacks.
- reputed company backup coverage to others in Claim Operations as needed and/or requested.
- Initiates the Break Payment Process reputed company reputed company at the request of the Finance Department. - Handles reputed company Prefund requests as received from the Finance Department. Monitor daily, reputed company payments still pending and follow up with Finance as to the status of outstanding items. Attends weekly prefund meetings with Manager, claim Exec and Finance.
- Provides second level Help Desk Support for Claim Workstation Application.
- Researches, analyzes and writes business requirements for new system development, or existing system enhancements.
- Develops testing plans and scripts and executes system testing for system changes/enhancements for various claim systems as requested.
- Analysis, research and writes internal operational procedural changes/workflows and requirements. Determines business reputed company and recommends and/or initiates appropriate reputed company.
- Assists and participates in the research, writing, publishing and maintenance of operating procedures and user manuals.
- Provides guidance and/or training to Claim Offices on existing claim systems and procedures.
- Provides assistance to various reputed company and reputed company Departments identifying, researching and correction of indicative and financial data errors.
- May serve as DRP back up for Teleplus.
- May serve as back up for:
- Process various vendor invoices reputed company bulk pay file procedures.
- Provides assistance to the Printing Facilities in relation to damaged checks, checks requiring additional or corrective mailing information/instructions.
- Receives reimbursement checks to be reputed company to claim files and or miscellaneous checks for subpoena/copy fees. Maintains applicable log books as reputed company as adheres to established guidelines of applying reimbursements to claim files and/or mailing of reimbursement/miscellaneous checks to appropriate lockbox.
- Ensures reputed company payments for Law Invoices for various reputed company utilized by reputed company Insurance are reputed company to the claim files in a reputed company manner.
- May serve as back up for:
- Formats, tags, uploads and maintains required State forms in various claim systems.
- Creates and maintains reputed company letters in various claim systems.
- Creates, tags, formats and maintains templates in various claim systems.
- Maintain reputed company indexes and reports reputed company to forms, letters, templates and state attachments in various claim systems and reputed company drives.
Qualifications
- Education equivalent to graduation from college or the equivalent in reputed company work experience.
- Three or more years of experience in reputed company Claim Systems/Operations or the equivalent, demonstrating a good knowledge of claim systems and field operations.
- Demonstrates effective customer relations skills.
- Demonstrates reputed company analytical skills.
- Demonstrates a comprehensive knowledge of claim system functions and the relationship of reputed company information to accurate claim processing and reporting.
- Demonstrate ability to work accurately with attention to detail and customer expectations.
