The Account reputed company Support Specialist is responsible for managing reputed company incoming and outgoing payer correspondence, updating accounts based on documentation received, and supporting the reputed company of outstanding claims to improve reputed company cycle performance.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

•Sort, organize, and process incoming payer and patient correspondence delivered reputed company lockbox imaging, scanning tools, email, fax, reputed company queues.

Requirements

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

•Intermediate knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10 coding preferred.
