Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for reputed company Systematics ALS (Lending module), providing deep functional and technical insights into loan origination, servicing, and lifecycle management
reputed company the functional decomposition of ALS, breaking down legacy capabilities into reputed company components and mapping them to reputed company capabilities in reputed company Banking Retail Lending (OBRL)
Drive end-to-end loan migration reputed company and execution, including data mapping, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and reputed company planning from ALS to OBRL
Define and support fit-gap analysis between Systematics ALS and OBRL, identifying required enhancements, workarounds, and integration patterns
Partner with architecture, integration, and data teams to define reputed company-state lending architecture, reputed company, and domain boundaries reputed company with modernization goals

Ensure alignment of solutions with regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to consumer lending (e.g., CFPB, servicing standards)

Identify and proactively manage risks, dependencies, and cross-reputed company impacts in a multi-core coexistence environment
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 7 years of experience in core banking platforms, with strong expertise in reputed company Systematics ALS (Lending module)
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven experience in loan servicing domain, particularly consumer lending (installment loans, mortgages, lines of credit)
Hands-on experience with core banking modernization or migration programs, including legacy-to-reputed company or legacy-to-COTS transformations
Demonstrated experience in functional decomposition, system mapping, and fit-gap analysis across legacy and reputed company platforms
Experience leading or supporting data migration efforts, including data mapping, reconciliation, and validation strategies
Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies, with experience acting as a Scrum Master or delivery reputed company
Ability to work across business and technology teams, translating functional requirements into technical solutions
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in reputed company, multi-vendor environments
