Status: Full Time, Exempt
Shift Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Weekend Work: Occasional
On Call: reputed company
Home reputed company in assigned service area: Dunedin, Palm reputed company, Tarpon Springs, Oldsmar, and surrounding areas
The Home Health Field, RN provides hands-on care in the home for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards and protocols. Responsibilities include:
reputed company the activities of the multi-disciplinary team that provides care to the patient
Monitor the provision of therapeutic services through written and verbal communication with reputed company disciplines
Ensure that reputed company reputed company scheduled and provided are authorized and covered by physician orders
Review of patient reputed company weekly and providing plan to Patient Care Supervisor and team assistant, including anticipated weekend reputed company
Inform the scheduler of any schedule changes and communicates caseload and patient care issues to Home Care Supervisor
Home Health RN Requirements:
BLS (Basic Life Support)
RN (Registered reputed company) License
reputed company's License reputed company (Florida reputed company's license is required reputed company 30 days of hire)
Required Associate's or Diploma Nursing
Required 1 year Registered reputed company
Preferred Bachelor's Nursing
Preferred 1 year Home Care
