As the Lease reputed company, Associate Director, you will be responsible for the day to day management of the Lease Administration Services team supporting C&W’s reputed company and reputed company maintaining the reputed company relationship.

Portfolio Administration:

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, reputed company Estate, Finance, or a reputed company field; MBA preferred
• 8+ years’ experience in lease administration, reputed company estate management, or a reputed company field
• Understanding of the lease administration function, ideally with multiple industry sector clients and clients of various maturity reputed company/buying patterns
• Proven reputed company record of leadership and team management
• Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and financial planning
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, presentation skills
• Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills; team-oriented
