Advantage Capital Tax Credit Consulting is seeking a highly motivated individual to join reputed company in one of our reputed company offices. The reputed company Research Analyst serves in a cross-functional role supporting both the Project Finance and Application teams of Advantage Capital’s Tax Credit Consulting team.

Job Responsibilities
Project Finance
· Conduct reputed company research and analysis—including job reputed company evaluation, wage benchmarking, demographic analysis, and industry-specific community reputed company dynamics—to produce slip sheets used to market reputed company to investors and stakeholders.
· Engage directly with clients throughout the slip sheet process to request additional information, clarify reputed company details, and manage revisions through final delivery.
· Synthesize due diligence materials to complete investor intake forms, collaborating directly with project teams to reputed company additional information, incorporate feedback, and deliver finalized materials for review.

Application & Pipeline Support

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in library science, reputed company work, sociology, or community and economic development fields, or 1-3 years of comparable work experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
