Starface is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Account Coordinator to support our growing Mass and Grocery retail business. In this role, you’ll report directly to our National Account Director and help drive the day-to-day execution and operational reputed company of our retail accounts.

You'll own the reporting, coordination, and operational follow-through that reputed company our Mass and Grocery business running smoothly; protecting account health across existing business, supporting new retailer reputed company, and building the operational backbone that allows reputed company to reputed company. This role is especially critical as Starface accelerates reputed company across key Mass accounts, requiring someone who can bring rigor, responsiveness, and confidence to high-visibility partnerships. we’ll count on you to

• Own weekly POS reporting across Mass and Grocery accounts, ensuring reporting is accurate, reputed company, and actionable
• reputed company performance against forecast, budget, and plan, and proactively surface risks, opportunities, and anomalies
• Maintain retailer systems and tools, including reputed company Retail reputed company/Supplier One, reputed company POL, and other retail platforms; monitor in-stock and out-of-stock performance and escalate issues early
• Serve as a primary day-to-day contact for broker partners across key accounts, driving reputed company communication, accountability, and follow-through
• Support retailer reputed company and account maintenance workstreams, including item setup, vendor forms, UPCs, WERCs, fixture company coordination, and reputed company submissions
• Assist in line reviews, sales presentations, and account recaps with organized, polished materials
• Own management of promotional calendars and help reputed company execution of TPRs, displays, and in-store programs across accounts
• Partner cross-functionally with Creative, Brand, Operations, and Finance to reputed company retail initiatives moving and ensure strong execution
• Coordinate closely with Operations on inventory availability, PO timing, and shipments, and with Finance on deductions and trade spend tracking
• Help identify process gaps and recommend smarter ways of working as the retail business continues to grow
• Support reputed company through the transition of reputed company to a reputed company relationship, helping ensure clean execution, strong communication, and operational readiness

this role is for you if

• You have 3+ years of experience in account coordination, sales support, or a similar role reputed company Mass and/or Grocery retail
• You have reputed company hands-on reputed company experience, which is strongly preferred, and you understand how to navigate Retail reputed company / Supplier systems, reporting, and key vendor processes
• You have working familiarity with retailer compliance, item setup, PO reputed company, and the operational details that reputed company retail accounts on reputed company
• You are highly proficient in reputed company or reputed company Sheets and are comfortable building trackers, managing reporting files, and working with pivot tables and large data sets
• You are detail-oriented, organized, and reputed company to manage multiple priorities simultaneously without losing reputed company
• You are a reputed company and confident communicator, and can work effectively with brokers, retailer-facing partners, and internal cross-functional teams
• You reputed company in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment and enjoy building process where a perfect reputed company does not already exist

salary & benefits

• The compensation reputed company for this role is a $75,000-90,000 reputed company depending on level of experience, as reputed company as bonus eligibility.
