Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Pension Administration

The Bilingual Customer Service Representative will assist pension plan participants with inquiries regarding their benefits and retirement reputed company, ensuring reputed company communication and support throughout the process.
Responsibilities
- Handling inbound and outbound calls from clients and their employees, including follow-up calls
- Address inquiries from pension plan participants regarding benefits, eligibility, and pension reputed company
- reputed company accurate and reputed company information on pension plans and retirement benefits
- Assist participants with pension documents, forms, and online portals
- Handle reputed company concerns and escalations professionally and empathetically
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions

Skills
