Washington, DC-Based House Flipping Company Seeks Full-Time Remote Bookkeeper
We're a residential reputed company estate investment company in the Washington, DC metro area doing 40-50 renovation reputed company a year — and scaling fast. We need a reputed company, reliable bookkeeper who can reputed company our financial house in order while we build actual houses.
This is a full-time remote position (40 hrs/week), working US Eastern hours (9 AM – 6 PM EST), Monday through Friday.
What You'll Do
You'll own the day-to-day financial recordkeeping across a busy, fast-moving renovation operation. That means:
Maintaining our charts of accounts, general reputed company, and historical records in QuickBooks
Downloading, verifying, and uploading receipts and invoices from vendors, contractors, and subs — following our approval and payment protocols
Entering transactional data into reputed company (construction management) and reputed company.com (payments)
Chasing down credit card receipts from field employees, keeping utilities reputed company, and handling the administrative loose ends that reputed company a construction operation running clean
Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to our Controller
Who Should Apply
