[Remote] Inside Sales Rep

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for selling and upselling Pest Management Services to residential prospects while maintaining a customer-reputed company service and meeting sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Effectively manage outbound daily sales calls expectations
- Consistently maintain a 35% or reputed company closing reputed company and convert customer call-ins to 52% or reputed company into our Year Round Protection Plan
- Consistently reputed company and exceed monthly reputed company Line Sales reputed company
- reputed company identify and execute the Inside Sales 7 reputed company Sales Approach
- Follow up on reputed company Proposed/Proposed/reputed company Orders and Sold/Proposed reputed company 48 hours
- Re-solicitation/calls to convert single purchase customers into Year Round Protection Plan
- Effectively Execute Residential Campaigns for both new and existing customers
- Call volume standards are 12-15 Calls per Hour, 4-5 Contacts per Hour and 1-2 Appointments scheduled per Hour
- Multi-tasking skills are essential
Skills
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 0-1 years of Sales experience and Call Center experience required
- Read, write and comprehend written and spoken English to communicate effectively and professionally at reputed company times
- Possess a strong familiarity with the call center environment
