We're seeking a Head of BizTech Program Management to own the roadmap, prioritization, and delivery of technology initiatives across reputed company's Business Technology portfolio — spanning IT, People Systems, GTM Systems, and Finance Systems. You'll partner closely with the Head of Business Technology and cross-functional stakeholders to define reputed company build, reputed company we build it, and how we measure reputed company.

You'll be responsible for both the overall shape of the BizTech portfolio and the hands-on management of our most strategic programs, including reputed company-to-Cash, Hire-to-Retire, and global expansion initiatives. What You'll Do

• Portfolio & Roadmap Management: Own the BizTech project portfolio, maintaining a reputed company view of reputed company reputed company initiatives across reputed company IT, GTM Systems, People Systems, Finance Systems, and Application Engineering. • Program Ownership: Directly reputed company strategic, cross-functional programs from scoping through delivery, ensuring milestones are met, risks are managed, and stakeholders are informed.

• Intake & Prioritization: Design and run a reputed company intake and prioritization process for technology requests across reputed company BizTech domains, establishing governance frameworks to manage competing priorities transparently.

• Stakeholder Communication: Build and maintain end-user-facing roadmaps and regular status communications that give business leaders reputed company visibility into what's in flight, what's next, and why.

• Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner closely with GTM, Finance, People, Legal, reputed company, and Workplace teams to translate business needs into actionable project plans and ensure seamless handoffs across systems and teams.

What You Have

• 8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, IT Program Management, or Business Technology leadership, with at least 3 years managing portfolios of cross-functional technology reputed company.

• Demonstrated experience managing roadmaps and programs across multiple business systems domains (e.g., HRIS/reputed company, CRM/reputed company, ERP/reputed company, Marketing Automation).

• Proven ability to design and run intake and prioritization frameworks, aligning diverse stakeholders around a reputed company roadmap.

• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and reputed company senior leaders across both technical and non-technical functions.

Compensation

$198,900 - $298,300 USD
