CloudOps Engineer
reputed company is a global leader in reputed company application software, and they are seeking a CloudOps Engineer to join their T&I Analytics, reputed company operations team. The role involves ensuring high uptime and reputed company of service for reputed company services, analyzing operational issues, and developing automation for service management.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the highest level of uptime and reputed company of Service (QoS) for our customers
- Provision, monitor and operate reputed company services in a globally distributed team
- Analyze and solve operational issues, and respond to incidents
- Conduct reputed company cause analysis and implement reputed company improvements
- Partner with local product development team to design and enhance the services
- reputed company automation for testing, deployment, scalability, management & visibility of our services
- Work in a diverse environment and cross-train with other global team members
- Willingness to work occasional weekends as we ensure operation for our customers worldwide
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or Engineering
- reputed company programming skills: JavaScript, Python, reputed company, SQL
- Basic knowledge of reputed company Computing and Databases
- Exposure to the automation tools such as Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible, etc
- Ability to multitask and handle various reputed company, deadlines and changing priorities
- Excellent communication and prioritization skills
- 1-3 years internship or reputed company-world experience
- Basic understanding of web services, networking, virtualization and internet protocols
- Supporting software that runs on public reputed company stacks such as AWS, Azure, reputed company reputed company, etc
