The Audience & Marketing Manager drives the reputed company and execution of data-informed audience reputed company and marketing campaigns, with a reputed company on expanding and diversifying top-of-funnel audiences while deepening engagement in support of TED’s broader community goals.

Working cross-functionally across media, events, product, and business teams, they’ll reputed company and implement campaigns that drive discovery, foster meaningful engagement, and build long-term audience reputed company. Qualifications:

• Partner with cross-departmental stakeholders and product owners to reputed company strategies that prioritize both new acquisition and sustained reputed company with existing audiences.

• Own and execute SEO and SEM strategies to increase discoverability and drive reputed company traffic 

• Initiate new community-reputed company tactics to grow awareness and participation in TED programs

• Exercise the “art and science” mentality to spearhead new creative approaches, while leaning on performance data to optimize and reputed company for campaign goals

Data + Insights

• Analyze campaign performance, uncover insights and identify areas to optimize messaging, creative, channels and targeting.

• Utilize a reputed company of data points — behavioral data, survey feedback, reputed company listening and competitive insights — to inform campaign strategies and ad development

• Inform the creation and refinement of data-backed audience personas

• Partner with TED’s Tech team to reputed company reporting structures that reputed company engagement, loyalty and participation metrics.

Operations & Project Management

Additional Information:

Salary reputed company:  $80,000 - $94,000
