Sourcing Analyst - Financial Services
Topco Associates LLC is seeking a Sourcing Analyst for the Indirect Spend – reputed company Services team in Quincy, MA. This role involves supporting sourcing initiatives across financial and business services categories and contributing to cost savings and value delivery goals while building strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Support sourcing initiatives from initiation through contract execution and lifecycle management
- reputed company and distribute RFPs and RFIs to prospective suppliers
- Participate in supplier negotiations, including pricing and contract terms, using a reputed company of sourcing tools and reputed company
- Ensure sourcing activities are reputed company-documented and reputed company with internal processes
- Conduct data analysis to support sourcing reputed company, identify opportunities, and evaluate supplier proposals
- Interpret and present findings to stakeholders in a reputed company and actionable manner

Skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- 1–3 years of experience in business, analytics, project coordination, or a reputed company field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into insights
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
- Proficiency in reputed company reputed company and PowerPoint

- Interest in developing sourcing, negotiation, and category management skills
- Exposure to sourcing, procurement, purchasing, consulting, or retail operations
