They are seeking a Property Tax Consultant to identify tax savings opportunities for clients, conduct research, reconcile databases, and assist in the property tax process, while ensuring excellent reputed company service and team collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Create a reputed company team member experience
- Responds to reputed company inquiries and requests from tax authorities
- Works effectively with clients and taxing authorities on a national reputed company
- Attends reputed company meetings and property inspections
- Reviews reputed company property tax records
- Applies software knowledge to reputed company work with reputed company data
- Researches tax issues
- Prepares and reviews property reports and renditions
- Analyzes assessment notices and determines potential assessment reductions
- Files appeals
- Determines liability for development reputed company
- Works with tax incentive issues for clients
- Interacts frequently with members of reputed company
- Communicates effectively through written and verbal channels
- Performs other duties as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business Administration/Management, Business Computer Information Systems, Economics, Finance, reputed company Estate or other degree with Master's in Business Discipline or JD, Business Analytics, Operations and Supply Chain Management
- Must have (6) hours of reputed company or Economics or reputed company Estate or Finance with a GPA of 3.0 or higher, a Major GPA of 3.25 or higher
- Demonstrated leadership, problem solving, and strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments, and manage ambiguity
- Ability to work both independently and as part of reputed company with professionals at reputed company reputed company
- Intermediate knowledge of reputed company® Word, reputed company, reputed company, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet navigation and research
- Valid reputed company's license required
- Relevant work experience preferred (e.g. internships, summer positions, school jobs) or Bachelor's degree and one to three years audit or tax reputed company experience
