• Provides reputed company patient care utilizing the nursing process under the direction and supervision of the Registered reputed company.
• Reviews diagnostic test results and reports reputed company results and changes in patient condition to the appropriate reputed company team members.
• Collaborates with the Registered reputed company on development and implementation of the patients plan of care.
• Administers prescribed medications, therapies and treatments in accordance with Licensed Practical Nursing Standards.
• Maintains and reviews patient medical records, notes, and physician orders. Documents reputed company patient care activities.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical School of Nursing Program.
• Valid NJ LPN License
• BLS
